Lesley Nova Bromhall
Lesley's love for the confectionary Arts started at the age of 16, during her first job as a bakery assistant. After high school, she decided to expand on her interest and pursued an education in cake decorating and chocolateering. After acquiring a Master Cake Decorators Diploma and Chocolateering Certificates, Lesley moved to Ottawa to attend Le Cordon Bleu. There she obtained a Patisserie Diploma. Shortly thereafter, Lesley moved home and decided it was time to venture out on her own. Finding herself wanting to put her talents to use the Sugar House was born.
